Shipping policy

Perth Trade Direct offer free delivery to anywhere within the Perth Metro Region. The free shipping policy excludes specific products (all tiles and baths). These items will incur a $75 shipping fee which will be updated at checkout.

Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your items. We will contact you once the order has been placed and advise you of delivery ETA. 

For fully installed installation packages, the product will be delivered prior to the installation (usually 2-3 business days prior to installation booking). Installation is generally booked within 1-2 weeks of ordering, however this is dependant on demand.
